What the impact analysis contains.
Six parts that together answer whether the difference is real, and whether your intervention is what caused it.
The measurement point
You set the date of the intervention and the length of the windows either side. That choice is stated in the report, so anyone can see what the measurement rests on and nobody can stretch the period afterwards.
Before and after, by theme
Not just whether the figure moved, but which subjects moved. Waiting down while cleanliness stayed flat is a different story from a figure that shifts a fraction across the board.
A difference, or noise
Ratings move even when nothing happens. We set the change against the normal fluctuation in your own history, so a difference only becomes a finding once it rises above that.
What happened in the market
If comparable organisations moved the same way over the same period, it was not down to you. That control separates your own result from a movement the whole sector went through.
Site by site, not just the total
An average hides that the intervention landed at one location and not at another. The report shows the effect site by site, which usually says more about the execution than about the decision itself.
In the visitor's own words
The reviews that mark the turning point, before and after. With a policy change that is often the most usable part of the report, because people write down precisely what is bothering them.
An impact analysis can be agreed in advance, so the baseline is in place before the intervention starts.
How we work.
Factual
Every public review over the chosen period, not a sample and not a selection. Each theme follows a fixed lexicon, so the same study run later returns the same figures. Behind every percentage sit the individual reviews that produced it, and we can show them on request.
Independent
Written by customers nobody asked to write. Not a survey of a group you selected, not a response routed through your own organisation, and not a figure a supplier compiles for you. We need no access to your systems and there is no implementation project, because the source is public.
Actionable
Not a dashboard full of numbers. The report names what is happening, at which site or which tenant, and where the fastest gain sits. Each finding carries what it would cost in money and in attention, so you can hand it to whoever owns it and start with the cheapest step.
