This statement describes how TO BE CONFIRMED ("SpotMove Research") processes personal data when you visit our website or commission our research.
1. Who we are
SpotMove Research conducts customer satisfaction research based on publicly accessible reviews. We are registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under TO BE CONFIRMED. For questions about your data: info@spotmove.nl.
2. Data you give us
When you contact us: your name, email address and the content of your message. When you commission work: the contact and company details needed to carry out and invoice the engagement.
3. Data from public sources
Our research processes the text of publicly published reviews. In doing so we do not process names, profiles or other identifying details of the people who wrote them, and we do not trace reviews back to individuals.
4. What we use data for
To answer your question, prepare a quote, carry out and invoice a research engagement, and to operate and secure our services.
5. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of performance of a contract, or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and delivering our services.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the suppliers needed to deliver our service, such as hosting, database and email delivery, and only as far as that service requires, or where the law obliges us to.
7. Retention
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a maximum of two years thereafter. Research data is kept for the duration of the engagement and the period in which a finding may still need to be evidenced.
8. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data via info@spotmove.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
