Chains and multi-site brands

Which sites are not meeting the standard?

Across dozens or hundreds of sites the problem disappears into the average. The study sets each location against the rest of your own chain and against the market, and says whether it is local or everywhere.

What the study shows you.

Six parts, written for a head office that cannot visit every location itself.

Below your own standard

Sites performing structurally below the level of the rest of your chain. The yardstick is you, which is fairer than a national average in which formats and locations are mixed together.

Local or everywhere

Whether a complaint sits at a handful of sites or runs across the whole chain. That distinction decides whether you have a conversation with one manager or change a process that is identical everywhere.

Compared with the market

Your chain alongside comparable chains over the same period. A complaint that recurs equally everywhere is a sector trait, and only once you sit above it does it become your own execution.

Who is moving, and which way

Per site, the movement over the period, split into who is rising and who is falling. A site that is sliding is more useful to call today than one that has been low for a long time and is already known.

What is going right

The sites scoring above average, and on which subjects. That is the transferable part: an approach working at three locations is usable at the thirty that are finding it harder.

Evidence per site

With every finding, the underlying reviews, per location. An area manager confronted with a figure asks for examples, and we can supply those within minutes rather than days.

Franchised and owned sites can be reported separately where that matters for how you steer them.

How we work.

Factual

Every public review over the chosen period, not a sample and not a selection. Each theme follows a fixed lexicon, so the same study run later returns the same figures. Behind every percentage sit the individual reviews that produced it, and we can show them on request.

Independent

Written by customers nobody asked to write. Not a survey of a group you selected, not a response routed through your own organisation, and not a figure a supplier compiles for you. We need no access to your systems and there is no implementation project, because the source is public.

Actionable

Not a dashboard full of numbers. The report names what is happening, at which site or which tenant, and where the fastest gain sits. Each finding carries what it would cost in money and in attention, so you can hand it to whoever owns it and start with the cheapest step.

Start with the sample report.

It shows what a full study looks like, from finding to evidence.
