Comparative study

Where do you stand, and against whom?

One study reads every public review across all your sites over the chosen period, and sets the result against a defined group of comparable organisations. Same period, same rules, same method.

What the study contains.

Six parts, each answering a question that comes up the moment the figure lands on the table.

Your position in your sector

Your sites' average alongside that of comparable organisations over the same period. Every site counts once regardless of how many reviews it carries, so one large location does not decide the picture.

The themes behind the figure

Every negative review is matched to a fixed subject: cleanliness, staff, waiting, price. For each theme you see your share alongside the comparison group, which is what separates distinctive from ordinary.

The comparison group and the rule

We name which organisations sit in the comparison and the rule by which they were chosen. Figures are always aggregated and never attributable to one party, and that protection runs in both directions.

Site by site, weakest first

Every site on one list, ranked by rating, with its share of negative reviews and how it has moved over recent months. Sites with too few reviews are deliberately left without a figure.

The trajectory over the period

The movement month by month, so it is visible whether a figure is falling, rising or has stood still for years. A boundary month with too few reviews is excluded, because it would distort the starting point.

The evidence behind every finding

Behind every percentage sit the individual reviews that produced it, including the sentence on which the theme was recognised. If a finding is challenged, we show the reviews underneath it in minutes.

Every finding carries what it would cost to act on it, so the cheapest intervention is the one that ends up at the top.

How we work.

Factual

Every public review over the chosen period, not a sample and not a selection. Each theme follows a fixed lexicon, so the same study run later returns the same figures. Behind every percentage sit the individual reviews that produced it, and we can show them on request.

Independent

Written by customers nobody asked to write. Not a survey of a group you selected, not a response routed through your own organisation, and not a figure a supplier compiles for you. We need no access to your systems and there is no implementation project, because the source is public.

Actionable

Not a dashboard full of numbers. The report names what is happening, at which site or which tenant, and where the fastest gain sits. Each finding carries what it would cost in money and in attention, so you can hand it to whoever owns it and start with the cheapest step.

Start with the sample report.

It shows what a full study looks like, from finding to evidence.
