These terms apply to the use of this website and to research engagements you commission from TO BE CONFIRMED, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
1. Our service
We deliver customer satisfaction research based on publicly accessible reviews, in the form of a report. The scope, the period and the comparison group are agreed in writing per engagement, in advance.
2. Engagement and price
An engagement is formed on written acceptance of our quote. The price is a fixed price agreed in advance and is invoiced. There is no subscription unless expressly agreed.
3. Sources and accuracy
Our research is based on public third-party sources. We apply a fixed and repeatable method and evidence every finding, but we are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the underlying source itself.
4. Use of the report
You may use and share the report within your own organisation. Publication or provision to third parties happens in consultation, so we can establish that the method is represented correctly.
5. Comparison groups
Figures on comparable organisations are reported only in aggregate and are never attributable to a single party. Your own figures are treated the same way and never appear under your name in anyone else's research.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the engagement concerned. The report is intended to inform your own decision-making and not to replace it.
7. Governing law
Dutch law applies to these terms.
